You struggle to disconnect after an active day.
XL format · low resonance · 75–90 second sustain.
BOL XL · SLEEP · 288 Hz
A sound ritual to begin the descent into sleep.
The XL format acts as an end-of-day marker: more mass, lower resonance, and a vibration that helps the body slow down progressively.

WHEN THE MIND WON’T SLOW DOWN
You lie down, but the system stays active.
The body is tired. The mind stays active.
The XL format creates a simple sound marker: one strike, a long vibration, then a listening window where the internal rhythm can gradually slow down.
MASS · SUSTAIN · GRAVITY
An instrument to create a clear cut before night.
IS IT FOR YOU?
For those seeking a clear sound marker before night.
You want structured, repeatable unwinding — not superstition.
You’re looking for a low, dense resonance that feels more physical than background sound.
You prefer gradual release over an abrupt reset.
WHAT THE XL FORMAT BRINGS
A low, long, enveloping vibration.
The XL format is not built for fast focus. It serves a different function: slowing, grounding, extending. Its mass gives the sound a deeper base.
Choose this bowl if you want a clear evening ritual: physical, repeatable, and anchored before the night.
ACOUSTIC PROOF
More mass. More sustain. Longer decay.
With a 28–30 cm diameter, approximately 3 kg of bronze, and a 75–90 second sustain, the XL format produces a longer, lower resonance than focus-oriented formats.
The instrument does not produce one single fixed frequency: it generates a harmonic field anchored around the SLEEP 288 Hz reference signal.
HAND-FORGED
Hammered bronze. Artisan work. Small-batch production.
Each bowl is hand-forged. Variations in surface, hammering, color, and resonance are part of the instrument’s character.
The XL format reveals the density of bronze: more material, more gravity, a vibration designed for end-of-day transitions.

INCLUDED
Ready for your evening ritual.
To vary the strike, soften contact, and bring the bowl into vibration progressively.
Stabilizes the bowl without muting its low resonance.
Protects the instrument between uses.
OPTIONAL
Extend with the SLEEP digital signal.
The XL bowl gives the evening ritual a physical dimension. The SLEEP 288 Hz digital session prepares the descent through headphones for 30 minutes.

The XL format is the deepest: more mass, more sustain, more immersion. Other formats move the use toward portability, versatility or intermediate presence.

Frequently asked questions
Is the XL format right for me?
Yes if you are looking for deep, slow, and enveloping resonance. The XL is designed to slow the system, support relaxation, and accompany transitions into rest.
Will it help me fall asleep?
It does not induce sleep directly. It creates the right conditions: slowing down, release, and reduced stimulation. Sleep follows naturally.
How is it different from the L format?
The L expands and opens. The XL slows and grounds. Its lower frequency and greater mass produce a slower, deeper, and more stable wave.
Is it too powerful or intense?
No. Depth does not mean intensity. The XL works slowly and progressively. You control the pace and duration of use.
How are the bowls sourced?
Selected small-batch craft
Each Himalaya Soul vessel is selected from workshop partners in Nepal and India, specialized in hand-hammered singing bowl craftsmanship.
We do not source anonymous bowls in bulk. Each piece is selected according to specific criteria: hammering quality, metal density, resonance stability, sustain length, finish, weight, format, and acoustic profile consistency.
The bowls are produced in small batches, then individually checked before entering the collection. For each batch, we document the format, approximate weight, alloy composition, finishing level, and acoustic behavior.
Our pricing is negotiated directly with the workshops and reflects the material, manual work, finishing standards, and selection level required.
This is not industrial spirituality. It is selected, traceable craft — measured and prepared with precision.
Can I use it every day?
Yes. It is particularly suited for regular use, especially in the evening, to establish a slowing-down ritual and transition into rest.
Can I combine it with digital sound?
Yes. The 288 Hz digital initiation can support the initial shift. The bowl then prolongs and stabilizes the state in the physical field. Digital initiates. Matter sustains.
Do I need experience?
No. Immediate use. No technical experience required.
How can I recognize a quality singing bowl?
A quality singing bowl is first recognized by its resonance: the sound should be stable, deep, and able to sustain naturally after being struck. It should not produce a harsh metallic vibration, unstable tone, or abrupt decay. On a hand-hammered bowl, subtle irregularities in shape, surface, or thickness are normal. By contrast, an overly perfect and uniform finish can indicate molded or industrial production.
