2. Scope
These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of products offered by Himalaya Soul.
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Products
Himalaya Soul offers handcrafted acoustic instruments and digital audio products.
Each physical instrument is individually made. As a result:
- slight visual variations
- natural differences in resonance and harmonic response
may occur and are considered normal characteristics, not defects.
Audio previews are provided for illustrative purposes only.
4. Orders
All orders constitute an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order.
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
Prices may be modified at any time prior to order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of order.
6. Shipping
Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- France: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
Shipping is offered free of charge.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Returned items must:
- be unused
- be in original condition
- be returned in original packaging
8. Returns & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:
- the item was damaged upon arrival
- or an incorrect item was delivered
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
- refunds will be issued within 14 days
- refunds are made using the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- digital audio products
- downloadable content
- gift cards
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the package and item
We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
11. Legal Guarantees (EU)
All products are covered by the legal guarantees provided under European law:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)
- Guarantee against hidden defects
These rights apply independently of any commercial policy.
12. Liability
Himalaya Soul™ shall not be held liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- delays caused by carriers or external factors
- misuse of products
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
