Each Himalaya Soul™ instrument is carefully inspected and prepared before shipment.
As our instruments are handcrafted in small batches, slight visual and acoustic variations may exist from one piece to another. These variations are part of the natural character of the instrument.
SHIPPING
Orders are generally prepared within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
France: 2–4 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
All physical orders include a tracking number sent after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions.

Free shipping is offered on all orders.
PACKAGING
Each Himalaya Soul™ instrument is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment.
As these are handcrafted instruments, slight variations in finish, tone, or texture may occur from one piece to another.
SECURE PAYMENT
All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
RETURNS
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you may return your order within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unused
- returned in its original condition
- and in its original packaging

- a brief explanation of your request
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless:
- the item arrived damaged
- or an incorrect item was shipped
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Himalaya Soul™ cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the package and item
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are accessible immediately after payment confirmation via download or online access.
Due to their digital nature, downloadable audio products, digital content, and gift cards cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your request.
If approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our side.
