Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

We currently ship to France and countries within the European Union.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

France: 2–4 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier conditions or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package size.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
